The keys for the handcuffs are lost and it’s crunch time at work.

Waking up. Seeing it's 7:10 AM, leaving me 20 minutes to get to work. Swearing a lot. Reminding myself to switch on the alarm. Leaving my supervisor a voice mail. Brushing my teeth. Thinking about last night's TV whilst brushing said teeth. Realizing that because of what I watched on TV the night before, I'm brushing my teeth at 7:10 AM SATURDAY MORNING. Leaving my supervisor another voice mail. Going back to bed.

True story. My supervisor at the time tried so hard to not laugh, but she did manage to thank me for being such a conscientious employee.
