Want to blog, but not by yourself?

I recently heard from writer Laura Breck that The Roses of Prose are looking for another blogger to join their current group of four writers, Lisa Lipkind Leibow, Laura Breck, Amber Leigh Williams, and Kianna Alexander.

If you’re a published author—traditional, e-published, or self-published—and would like to blog with The Roses of Prose, you might check out the guidelines in their sidebar.

If you’re not already familiar with The Roses of Prose blog, its primary audience consists of readers of Romance and Women’s fiction. Please do thoroughly read back a couple of weeks, to get a feel for the community and the local culture.

The guidelines say:

The newest Rose will post every Friday, and our weekly topics are scheduled in advance. Please see the posts of the last two weeks for our 2011 topic schedule.

Here are our blog’s member guidelines:
~A female writer of non-erotic fiction that is geared toward women
~All reading levels, starting at Young Adult
~At least one contracted or published work – self-published works are acceptable
~A genuine interest in promoting reading and literacy
~A genuine interest in mentoring other writers

The deadline is midnight, EST (tonight, December 11) so, while time is short, you still have a chance to take a look and apply!
