Is it just me or does Season 3 really drag?

I watched the first two seasons when they first came out and really liked them. Going back now and watching the whole thing. Again was favorably impressed with the first two seasons. Now I'm on S3E3 and like . . . nobody has a goal?

Does Season 3 get better? Season 4?
