PB Format?

What's the format for writing a PB?
And which text should I use?

A) Read the stickies. There's lots of useful information there.

B) Just type the manuscript on one page, like you would a poem, in normal font (12-point Times New Roman or Courier). Don't include suggestions for page breaks. Only include the text (it's okay to include illustration notes, sparingly. In general, the illustrator should have complete control over all things visual. Only include illustration notes if it's absolutely necessary in order for the text to make sense).

Read the stickies in this room. You should be able to figure out which ones apply directly to picture books by reading the titles of the threads.
