I would change my health....no I'd improve my patience since I have so little of it. Yes, patience! If I had that I'd be more patient about my improving health.

The dreaded habit of smoking. :) If I could, I would go back and change the time when I first started. I was just tooooo cool to not start. LOL---regrets though now!

It seems my partner in Modding is being kept busy in the real world so here's the new Question of the Day

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

Well, 2 things, if that's not cheating ...

1) My rugged, handsome, good looks,

2) My tendency to tell porkies ...

Time for a new Question of the Day

What movie did you not like the first time you saw it, but watched it again and liked it?

Oh, you're awesome reg! :D

After going through my large movie collection (that are in cases, I left the book alone) I'd say DejaVu.

A world all my own.
Meet the Parents.
Mind you, still not my favourite but I'm glad it turned out to be enjoyable.
My girlfriend is a Ben Stiller fan. :flag::)

Here, there, everywhere.
I don't think I've ever had that happen. Not with movies, at least; plenty of times with music bands though. ;)

The Matrix (the following applies to the first one only - the sequels are irredeemable). I hated it in the theaters, but then ended up rewatching it one day when it came on tv and decided it wasn't so bad. Then I ended up teaching it a few times and had a lot of fun with it.

Yeah, not sure I've ever had that happen either. If I don't like the movie the first time, I don't bother watching it again.

Time For Today's Question

What kid's game of today do you wish they had when you were a kid?

*looks at the shelves in the kidlets' room*

I don't think there's anything on there that I would have wanted as a kid. I do know there's something I had as a kid that my kidlets don't have anymore: the freedom to play outside unsupervised with the neighbors' kids.

I agree with SaraP about playing outside. Gone are the days of roaming the neighborhood at will...terrorizing the bums. It used to be that street brats were the meanest things out there...but no more. *wistful sigh* However, Fisher Price puts out some pretty cool playsets. My kids have a collection developing: the bat cave, medieval castle, jungle, etc. I play with them while they're in school. jk;)

Okay since the last Question of the Day wasn't a big hit, let's try again.

If you could be in an animated cartoon, which one would you like to be in?

As a kid, I wanted to be Mighty Mouse so that I could fly. I'd put on a towel as a cape and run around, but unfortunately I never got off the ground.

As a grownup...let's see...gotta be Family Guy. I adore Stewie.

Animaniacs was my favorite cartoon as a kid, and I think that's the one I'd most like to be in because it's so wacky and unpredictable, but in a fun way.

Although if you had asked me as a kid I probably would have said something like DIGIMON or SAILOR MOON.

I suppose it's not really a cartoon, but it's animated, and you don't get far by not bending the rules, so: Wallace and Gromit.
