Hello, my screen name is almost always Woocipher and people usually call me Woo.
I am from greece and I am in my late twenties. When I was getting my degree my friends pitched in and got me creative writitng lessons as a gift and I have been in love with writing ever since. I feel like a late bloomer since I discovered writing when I was 22.

The genres I like are sci fi, mystery and comedy. Usually I try to combine them. My writing can be absurd at times so I'm trying to tone it down a bit.
I have read a few classics but my absolute favourites are by Charlaine Harris. I have loved everything I have read so far. Douglas Adams, Heinlein, Jon Ronson and Elia Kazan are writers whose writing style I admire.

I searched for a writer's community so that I could stay in touch with writing because otherwise life pulls in different directions.
Also english isn't my first language so please excuse any mistakes.

Welcome, Woocipher. Discovering writing at 22 makes you an early bloomer! Many of us didn't get into it until we were in our thirties or forties.
