The OP keeps bringing the threads back around to Dandelion and people are starting to say they feel like they're bombarded with unnecessary advertising. Why? What's wrong with keeping the discussion of Dandelion in with the particular thread where it was refered to?
See http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28410 .What is this Dandelion Through the Crack of which you speak?
Actually, this would be a good place to mention any book that was saved from PA and went on to be published by a real commercial trade publisher.
Good idea. For one thing, there are the "Fairy Chronicles" books by J. H. Sweet (starting with "Marigold and the Feather of Hope") which were placed with a real publisher after the Publish America contract was cancelled. This course of events has been heralded as a success for PA, even though it is nothing of the sort.
Some people don't recognize the difference between 'because of' and 'in spite of'.
