I signed up 2-3 (4-5?) years ago, and just received my first ARC. It's been so long I've forgotten what I'm supposed to do. I know read the book and write comments, but don't know after that. And the info on the website isn't particularly helpful.

You go to the author's website and post spoilers without marking them as such. You go to Amazon and do the same. Then you sell it on eBay. Come on, everyone knows that stuff. It's basic.
