I've been reading the boards for a few weeks now and have made two posts on the novels board already, so I thought I would introduce myself in general.

I am just starting a novel (my first) and I'm really excited about it. I have also just completed a non-fiction book that is in the editing stage and will be published in August. (info in my sig)

I just wanted to thank whoever started this site. It is a wonderful resource and I look forward to wasting... er... investing many hours here learning all I can.

Welcome to the Cooler, Kelly. I'm working on my first novel also, (with outlines for 3 others in the bottom drawer) and have already learned much in my short time here.

Time is something that we all have in equal measure on this planet (24 hours in each day) no matter our station in life. We can't buy, steal, or manufacture more, so use it wisely by learning at the Cooler!
