Long story short. I had my court hearing for child support in December and struck a deal with the court. I allowed my son to reside with his older sister since he didn't want to move back here with me, in Texas. I even offered to pay more than what I was currently paying.
Everything is copacetic until a couple months ago when my agency received a separate order to pay support for two kids (other one is twenty), and spousal maintenance.
So my monthly payments went from $1500 to $2000 a month while my attorney tries to get everything straight.
See, I'm dealing with two court systems in Arizona. The one where my divorce is final and the one where my wife currently resides.
They don't talk to each other.
My current order should be for $1350 a month.
Shorter story. So I go to pay my car payment online. Declined? What??? I have more than enough money to make the payment.
Go to bank online.
Levy/writ - Court wipes out my account and leaves me with $48.00.
Happy days! I'm having some funds wired to me so I can survive.
Good thing is that I still have two uncashed paychecks.
Bad thing is this account is history.
I liked my personal banker.
Don't like blind justice.
