Hey all. So, here's the deal-i-o.
I am currently a student in a writing program, but it's a program that's mostly geared to traditional work. Since I want to be a writer for TV animation, I figure that the only way I could produce something while still in school is to do it on my own.
So, I wrote a few short scripts designed for animation, the longest one being about a minute and a half. Now, the next part is to find someone who can collaborate with me and animate one...
...and that's where I'm stuck. I can't afford to pay someone for the work...and, honestly, it's not a professional thing. Ideally, I'm looking for some animation student out there who's thinking 'Man, it would be great practice for me to collaborate with a writer and animate a script.'
So, my question is simply...where do I start looking? I'm willing to do the legwork, but I've got to know what direction to head in.
