Hi,
If I have a story published in a foreign market(for ex.-Australia). Can you still market it as unpublished in the USA?
Thank you

If you have sold First Australian (or whatever country) Serial Rights only, then you still can sell First US Serial Rights. But if you sold First Electronic Rights, you do not have them to sell in the US again.

Yep. It depends on what rights you sold. Check your contract (or the details of the deal in the email/letter if there's no written contract.)

Home - but for how long?
Always make sure...

you only sell your 1st name of country serial rights then you can freely market your 1st name of another country serial rights.
You should be able to sell your story to five different countries using their 1st SRs.
