Hi all,
In Comment Chain #3 we trialled a new format and whizzed through 10 blogs in 7 days!!! This time we are going to try and hit a few more blogs so we are allowing a few more people to join.

Format:
The purpose of the comment chain is to introduce new readers to your blog and to get some feedback and support from other writers.
The new format - Instead of taking turns to comment on blogs, we have a set time period during which you make your way to each of the other blogs on the list and make comments.

Timing:
Registrations will be open until Midnight PST on 14th November 2006 or until 15 participants (including moi) have signed up. First in, first served!

You will have seven days i.e. from November 15th to November 21st PST inclusive to make your comments on the other blogs.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This means you have to commit to
commenting on 14 blogs during a 7 day period (2 per day).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Rules:
  • If you are participating in a blog writing chain on AW then you have to make a SEPARATE comment for the blog comment chain (i.e. one comment for this and another on the entry in the blog chain)
  • No excuses (except a bona fide death certificate :D)
  • When you have completed comments on all the blogs in the list please return to advise us that you have finished
  • Please try to make your comments supportive, encouraging or constructive. Witty comments are also appreciated
  • Please complete all your comments by Midnight PST 21st November 2006
  • To sign up please list your blog name and url in a reply to this thread. I will list them all below in the order they arrive
  • Anyone who is unable to complete their comments will be automatically excluded from future comment chains (or at least the ones I run LOL)

If you have restrictions on who can comment on your blog it would help to lift them during the comment week in order to maximise your comments. I think some people only allow people with blogger accounts or livejournal or whatever to comment and that makes it hard for our commenters to get in there and have their say.

Some people also find it useful to remove comment moderation during the week so that each commenter can comment on previous comments as well as the blog contents.

:D
If you have any problems send me a PM...

WOW what a great response... and I should just like to add that witty comments are encouraged LOL

Also I will add it to the instructions at the top, but a reminder here. Talia:

This is an open invitation to Blog Spammers. As far as I know at least in Blogger there should be no problem in commenting on any previous comments, as they show up on the screen. Not using moderation will let Blog spammers get through, and you could find your blog targeted with a whole bunch of crap. Just a warning.

I appreciate where you're coming from. The suggestion is optional. I haven't had any spam comments at all *touch wood*

If you're happy with your current set up that's fine :)

Actually, on my blogger blog, I've been pretty much spam free without moderation (which on a blogger blog means that the comments have to be approved before they post). Just turning on the CAPTCHA requirement seems to hold the spammers at bay.

Of course! You are added. Hope the boys don't get all giggly about the breasts ;) just kidding

Men who giggle over breasts ... gotta love them, I'm sure they're here, too.

You should see the men that look at my chest to see how I look now that they know I've had surgery! They are fascinated!! (And no, fellas, I'm not posting a picture of them now, though my plastic surgeon did a wonderful job ... ).

The possibility is part of my plan ... the more men realize there is more to our breasts than just their incredible beauty, the more their own awareness might be raised, the more women might become survivors rather than victims. So if they happen upon my sight because they search for "breast" in google -- and they tell their wives, sisters, girlfriends, mothers, daughters ... I'm okay with that.

I was actually going to make 15 spots, but that means we have 14 other people we can comment on so it's still ongoing

In the meantime keep posting to your blog so we have lots to comment on LOL

I have a guilty conscience I haven't written anything for > 1 week so i need to try and get 2-3 posts done before our comment week starts so there is fresh content :)
