What I need is someone to help keep me on track.
I am working on my second children's/YA book and I would love to have someone in the same position to exchange experiences with. You know, how far have you come, what obstacles does the second book present etc. Also I need someone else who works hard and is motivated so they can motivate me too to stop making up excuses and get to work.
