Qwerty journal publishes three times a year. Contributors receive a copy of the issue in which their work appears. "We accept email submissions but prefer mailed manuscripts." Read guidelines carefully:

Small Spiral Notebook

This one is tricky. They have both a print and an online edition. They are separate. You can submit to one or the other. The online does not pay, and accepts electronic submissions. The print pays in a one-year subscription plus two copies of the issue in which your work appears. Please read the full guidelines as each option has separate guidelines:
