Someone here once reminded me of the name of the guy who writes this hilarious web site and reprints all his rejection letters. It's also a list of publishing companies and editors.
Now I've forgotten it again.

A great page, but not the one I was looking for. This lists almost every publisher and agent in the business, also movie companies, etc. interspersed with the guy's correspondence with editors.
