Disclosure of subjects

I am currently reading an autobiograpy. I do not know if it is the persons real name or not as it has deeply disturbing, emotionally charged information. She did not reveal the real names of her parents or siblings. The book is "Charred Souls: A Story of Recreational Child Abuse" by Trena Cole. In using a pseudonym she is protecting others as well as herself. However, I am sure someone will want to shift it into "fiction."

What an incredibly sad thing to do for recreation. I would like to read that book.
