when my character talks on the phone to her italian friend and she speaks in italian, how should i write the dialoge?

like this?

if not, or you have an idea of how it is supposed to be, please help me! thank you in advance.

MONICA

or if you want subtitles,

MONICA
(in Italian, subtitled)
Antonio will love it here!

I trust you've made it clear that she's speaking on the phone.
