The Absolute Write Library is officially up and running. You can find this beautiful structure under The Book World category. Here's a link to get you there faster.

Although still in its infancy, the AW Library contains links to some of our member's books.

If you are published, check out the Librarian thread for information on how to submit the information for your own work. After starting a thread with links to your work, you will be indexed for easy retrieval.

If you're looking for something new to read or browsing for a gift, check out your the works by your fellow AWers.

We felt that with all the great talent here at AW, it was about time to collect that information in one, easily accessible place.

Thanks for taking a peek and I hope you enjoy the new facilities and improved services we offer here at Absolute Write.

Just highlighting this thread - the bookshelves need stocking, so come on over, all you authors and readers, and do your part!

This is probably a stupid question...

I've been haunting these boards in silence for a couple months now, just picking up tips and tricks. I just got my first novel published through Lulu, but I'd like to make it available to the good folks here at AW, how can I get it in the library? When I tried, it gave me a message that said I had to have 50 posts up to be considered, is this an error, or did I just do it wrong?

I'm not a mod, but I can see why they set this rule. It's to prevent spam. We AWers want to know that people who post their books up there are true participants in the Water Cooler and not just fly-by-nighters who came to advertise their books. So come out of lurkdom, post, share your experiences, make friends, and pretty soon you'll have your 50 posts. Welcome to AW!

I've added myself in the horror section... now how do I get someone to add me to the index?

Amazing! This is a great resource thanks, I will not have much trouble looking for some wanted reads...By the way, I find the horror books especially Mackenzie Drew's "Maddie Ann's Playground" under the Horror category to be very interesting.

I hope I can own one before the month ends..

I just joined the website and I am trying to find the place to post stories and find beta readers for lesbian oriented stories. Can anyone help me with that?

On the stage.
I'm unsure whether or not this is the right thread for this, but a very good library of classic works exists on the web.
I'll post the link here and if this is not the right thread someone can move it, I guess.

Really good selection and absolutely free to read or print.
An education in classic literature just waiting to be read.

I happened across this thread, just went to check out the posted work and... clicked on "humor" instead of "horror". I spent a while clicking around thinking "wtf? this is supposed to be scary? It's WEIRD!" Then I realized my mistake... You're not all crazy.
