I'll be there for a few days next month while my wife gives a couple presentations. What is there to do? Do not say Mall of America.
I want food, the more exotic the better. Anywhere to get moose steaks?
So far in my google searches I'm just pulling up menus like any other American large city and all sorts of stuff trying to get me to the Mall, where I do not want to go. I have a feeling that what I want is off the beaten path and I don't really want to sift through 14 million google hits.
When we went to Tucson a few years ago we went to a place that raised exotic butterflies and toured some animal sanctuaries and botanical gardens, if that gives you an idea of the things we like.
