Name a recently coined word or phrase that you hate. Let's say from the last 100 years and slang is fine. Nothing picky:

Mine is: fashionista

That's less than thirty years old, and I have come to consider the things a great evil; therefore, the word for them is evil.

If we're talking re-purposed words, my big bug-bears are 'reference', as in "I'm just calling reference that vehicle we sold last week". REGARDING. You are calling REGARDING that vehicle.
Yourselves/ourselves. "Just calling reference [grr!] that email we sent to yourselves last week. If you could send a reply to ourselves, that would be great." When did 'you' and 'us' go out of fashion?

"That said" and "having said that". To me, that is like saying something nice so that you can say something bad without hurting the person's feelings.

"I think you are a GREAT person and skilled in your profession. That said, we don't need your skills at this company any more."

Not exactly what you asked, but over- and incorrect use of the word "literally" is about to remove it from my vocabulary.
And "gone extinct" wasn't correct forty years ago, was it?

You mean that you want to figuratively kill "literally"?

I'm convinced that no intelligent being has ever addressed another person as 'babes'. It sends a sudder through me, it really does.

'Prequel' is pretty annoying, too.

These were more popular a decade or two ago, but I still find them annoying:
24/7 (Nobody really does anything 24/7.)
At this point in time: (It's now, dadgumit!)
Taking something (relationship, business, whatever) to the next level.
A full plate (when it doesn't refer to food).

I'm not sure if this fits in but instead of saying converse, people say conversated. Ugh! Just the thought of its use makes my jaw clench!
I also hate when people say "mines" I hear that a lot from high school aged girls.

That's the first that I have seen of "conversate", and I hope this will be the last also.

"Utilize" for "use". I've seen it in a context where the difference in meanings made it actively wrong:

As a result of these changes, we have decreased our datacenter utilization by 10%.

Since "utilization" means "efficient use", that means that we got worse. Which is not what the writers were trying to convey.

Also, reflexive pronouns in place of objective ones. ("That would be myself" where "that would be me" is sufficient).

.

Which reminds me that there are places where "inutilize" would be useful.
