I'm winging it, here.

This is my very first post here, ever.

I have been called "prolific" by an aspiring politician. I do have a few published articles in The Hamilton Spectator, but nothing more recent than October 2012.

I am working on my memoir. It started out as "The Search for My Self" but I have since changed it to "Impeccable Timing." I have a gift for being at the wrong place at the worst possible moment.

I am in the last four weeks of a course at Mohawk College, and would like some feedback on the remaining assignments. This week's was a query letter to a potential agent. I have revised it a number of times. I have no idea if it is good.

I'm looking forward to interacting with some of you.

Welcome. Does your letter have a good hook? Make sure you query publishers who specialize in memoirs. I think that's the first step...know what the publisher publishes.
