A publisher or agency using Google ads to solicit your novel probably isn't anyone you want to write for.

Gwen Bristow books

Has anyone else read Celia Garth or Bristow's better known Jubilee Trail? I loved the first book and I'm just finishing the second, which has been a good read but not as enjoyable as the first.

She was a solid historical fiction writer, though graphic reality is a bit toned down and both books are historical romances, so if that's not your thing...
Here's the typewriter I used for my first novel - in the 6th grade.
