New Kid on the Block.
Oh good lord, I hated that band. Why would I start out my introduction that way?

Anyways, after going through a mid-life crisis (sorta) my new wife encouraged me to follow my heart and get back into writing. While screenwriting is my first passion, I have branched out into some other areas and I am currently working on a book in between scripts.

I'm an American that lives in Canada, eh.

Hey, way to get back on the writing wagon! (You know, I just read a news article about how some animals have mid-life crises too. I think yours is likely to be substantially more productive than the chimpanzee's, though, from a career standpoint.)

It is always nice to meet folks who have been down the road once or twice before - it sounds like you know what you want to do, and this is a great place to get re-started in doing it!
