Guyana, 1970s
Looking for interviewees or just some primary sources (published or unpublished memoirs, reports, transcripts, letters) who can talk about life in Guyana in the 1970s. Specifically, I'm interested in talking to anyone who could point me toward information on the Guyanese Defence Force from about 1977 up to the 1980 elections. But really any direct source of information from the '70s to early '80s would be fine. Does anyone know of an on-line archive of Guyanese newspapers?
