Hey there! I'm brand new here and I just wanted to say a big hello. My name is Meg and I'm from Queensland, Australia. I am currently in my first year of studying psychology, but I've always had a passion for writing. I haven't been published (Pfft, I haven't even taught myself to finish a novel without being distracted by a pretty new idea), but I am hoping to put my head down and learn new and amazing things from everyone in this forum. I mostly like writing paranormal and science fiction stories, but I do love writing contempory as well.

I don't know how much you want to know about me. By now you are probably thinking 'just shut up' and if you are, I sincerely apologise.

Anyway, lovely to meet you all and I hope to see you around the forum! :)

You might as well be describing me...lol

Welcome! I am also new to this venture known as "absolutewrite.com". The advice, passion, and information I have absorbed from perusing just a few threads has been inspiring! Hope to see you around. :)

Here's to finishing that novel...finally. ;)

Welcome. Are you enjoying your psychology classes? I'm considering going back to school to study psychology.

I loved my Psy classes. 90% of the students were on meds.

If this is true, then it sounds like the perfect major for me. I am on meds after all. ;)

Haha. According to my boss, all psych students are 'weird'. I told her I'd fit in perfect then.

I love my classes so much! I've always been interested in human behaviour. It is hard though, lots to learn, but so worth it. :)

Thank you for the welcomes everyone! :)
