I've been playing email tag with the folks at Apple, specifically iTunes Connect, the iBooks arm for publishers regarding the breakdown of sales reports. So far, there seems to be a disconnect at iTunes Connect because no matter how clear I try to be, the problem remains; how do I see individual sales figures? Can anyone at AW help me? All I want to do is see how many of each book I've sold through iTunes/iBookstore, NOT cumulative totals in individual markets.
The iTunes people keep steering me toward FAQs and Financial reports which do not give me this breakdown, which btw, is not even an issue at Amazon/Kindle. Which btw, I've also told the iTunes folks...I don't think they're getting it, though I still keep trying...
There has to be an easy way for me to log in and pull up a sales month, and figure out how many of Book A I've sold and how many of Book B.
Sheesh, you'd think this was rocket science or something....
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
