An introduction is scarce coming from me but here it goes. Greetings everyone. I am kind of new here, but not new in writing books, and film scripts. It is true that I am old fashioned and I write in practically every fiction genre out there and write about anything a writer can include in a story. . .

Pretty soon, I hope to post some work here after finishing at least a few and getting them protected. Ahead of time, I write not traditionally, quirky, and experimentally. If I do not reply, it's more likely I don't know what to say.

Someone more knowledgeable than I can clarify this, but I don't belive you surrender any sort of copyright ownership by posting publicly, and outright IP theft in this sort of context is very rare. Someone might be able to snag it and impress their friends with claims they wrote it, but it's very unlikely they could use an excerpt as framework to build their own publishable work around.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
