question about 3 agents

Hi everyone.

I'm new to the wide world of agents, and of course I'm now in a nervous state after reading all the warnings about scamming agents on various Web sites. Has anyone out there heard of/worked with Jennifer DeChiara (The Jennifer DeChiara Agency), Gary Heidt (Imprint Agency), and/or Full Circle Literary? The first two are in NY, last is in CA.

I queried Gary Heidt by e-mail earlier this year. He was prompt and courteous in his reply. He does not take SF/F.
