Hi all!

I'm Erin and recently learned about this site. I figured I'd check it out. I am on a quick break from NANOWRIMO; where I'm having a blast!

Anyone who doesn't know about NANOWRIMO should check it out at nanowrimo.org. This is national novel writing month and it's a great way to kick start new projects.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys! My other sites are writerscafe.org/erinlgeorge and www.erinlgeorge.com. I'd love to hear specifically from those who are into memoir and non fiction writing.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

JMC beat me to it - I was going to point you to the NaNo section, too. :)

Have a great time with NaNo. I'm not doing it this year. The last time I did was 2009, and I ended up flattened by a bad case of pneumonia, so never mind the writing, I could barely breathe. But I've done it a bunch of previous years and had a great time. :)
