Site Statistics

I'm currently using the Jetpack plugin from Wordpress to track site statistics. But for my website the publications are html pages that I've designed as subdirectories outside of the Wordpress theme/software.

Does anyone know how to direct a statistics plugin to track subdirectories not connected to wordpress?

'Twas my temporary solution. I was just hoping it wouldn't be permanent.
