When is it time to redo your query letter?

3 partial requests from 14 queries, in one week's time? It seems like your query is working fine. Give it another few weeks to see what the other 8 agents do. Then, if it stays at 3 out of 14, you *could* tweak it - but to be honest, 3 out of 14 isn't a terrible response rate (about 20%), so I'd wonder if tweaking it will improve it or not.

That is great. I think you need to sit back and give it time. I agree that that is a great response. You will find it requires a lot of time for the most part when it comes to these things.

Get busy and start on another book. Your query must be doing the right job right now.
