I'm trying to get an idea of the current audience within the Christian genre. What are people here writing? Nonfiction, romance, mystery, suspense, historical, contemporary, allegory, end times, childrens, other?
I'm pretty far into a rewrite of a YA heroic fantasy -- a lot based on a father-son relationship as they battle evil. I trend toward speculative fiction in general, but enjoy reading all kinds of literature and scholarly studies of the bible. I've also written some short stories that don't have strong Christian elements (more of a typical sci fi). I've dabbled in poetry, but I don't have much of worth to speak of there.
How about you?
