Do you mean vampires that feed on psychic energy? In which I can't think of many and they cross genres:

Blood is not enough/Datlow (I think)
Vampire Lover/Lamb
Oh and "Fisher of Men" from my anthology (see av)

I will find some more when I get home and looks at the shelves.

If you want to go older, one of Mercedes Lackey's books (before it was called urban fantasy) deals with them. It was called Children of the Night.

Definitely a vampire who sucks the energy and emotions right out of people.

Yes, I do. Bloodsuckers with psychic powers don't count.

YA author Amelia Atwater-Rhodes writes about witches that are immortal and feed off people's life-force, similar to psychic vampires. The two books that feature them if In the Forests of the Night and Persistence of Memory, though their abilities are dealt with a lot more in the latter book.

I believe the White Court Vampires from Jim Butcher's Dresden Files are close enough to count, though they mostly feed off of emotional energy.

I have one of these at home that hasn't been named yet. Can't remember the author or title--ARGH.

That's probably okay, though, since it was a pretty craptacular book.

At first I couldn't remember which book I'd read where the one character was a 'psychic vampire' feeding off emotions, dreams and other energy rather then blood. But lucky I do now recall.

The books are 'Beautiful Creatures' and 'Beautiful Darkness', by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl. I recall that the character in question is 'Manson', Lena's uncle and guardian.

Glued to my computer screen.
It's magic instead of psychic energy, but Patricia Wrede's Enchanted Forest Chronicles have the wizards as energy sucking people. Patches of magical forest can go bare and dragons can get ill from them being around. ^^ Witches are okay though.
