Hello all. I'm just another wannabe writer with the same dream as everyone else i.e., world domination, having the populace worship a statue of me depicted in front of the television while eating Ice cream and watching Oprah, and marrying Natalie Portman. But if that doesn't work out, I would love to be a published writer.

I'm also going to be going to school to be a diesel mechanic...almost thirty, and I finally realized that the career I always wanted was simply to fix trucks...or be a writer...or a world wide dictator.

I write sci-fi, fantasy, and horror, mostly YAish (I never really did grow up) My influences are Robert A Heinlein, HP Lovecraft, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker, JK Rowling (like everyone else) and Jack London.

Keep trying for your dreams. I'm thirty-seven and love to be a full time writer or a shepherd. Looks like I'll have to start finding sheep.
