Keeping track of threads

I have checked the FAQs and so but cannot find a thread on this so wanted to ask it here:

Is there a screen I can go to that just shows threads I have posted to, regardless of forum?

On some similar sites you have a personal screen that keeps track of threads you have joined so you can easily check which have been updated. This saves a lot of changing from forum to forum looking for changes

Please advise if this exists here,

You can click your own or anyone else's username and have the option to "find more post by __________ ". You can do the same thing by going to your own profile and clicking the statistic link.

You can also subscribe to threads or forums, and then find these in your User CP. I'm not sure if this is what you're asking for or not.

I subscribed to all the threads and now they sit in my CP and go dark blue when I need to read them.

I love technology, just wish it loved me as well
