Hi-

I'm rewriting my steampunk novel and am starting to think that it's not working. I need someone to just look at these two chapters (and a quick synopsis explaining The Story of The Show So Far) and let me know if it's crazy or not.

I don't need a full proofread or anything really in depth. I just need to know if the change I'm making is completely wrecking this book or what.
