What is forum which I can see about experience?

I joined this forum newly then found Story Research: Experts and Interviewees Wanted sub forum. But, It seem request forum mainly. I want to see people's experience and share my experience-when I interview community or person for project. Should I use Wanted sub forum for those purpose?
Wanted forum also seem to have formality. Where I can see daily experience? I think some of them have point; even daily experience can important some time.
