I'm trying to research piracy in the early 15th century (1406 to be exact) and all I can find is 16th century information. Any ideas?

Look up John Hawley (privateer, pirate and ....mayor lol)
Also the Victual Brothers were about that time, Angelo Di Faffaele (sp?) and Barbary pirates. Hugh Courtenay was a decade after you want I think (1420?), but details of all these might help. And didn't Chaucer write about pirates?
