Novella, Novelette, Novel. What?

Wikipedia is dead on, but I'd forget "epic." There are some differences in structure, or numer of threads, in the shorter works, but once you get into true novel length, a novel is pretty much a novel.

Shoulda known to just use wikipedia, heh. I was just here when the question came to me, so my first port of call was this forum. Thanks for the speedy and accurate response. Reputation points all around
