Excel 2010 trial

Apologies for what is probably a very stupid question, but where can I download a trial version of Excel 2010? Microsoft website seems to only offer it as part of the full Office package, and it's the same with an extensive Google search. What am I missing? I don't need the full package -- just Excel.

To clarify -- I'm not trying to do anything illegal. I'm just looking for the free trial version of it. I do intend to purchase the full thing before the trial expires.

Are you specifically interested in Excel?

Google, via Google Apps provides a free, quite respectable basic spreadsheet that exports perfectly to Excel.

And there are other options as well.

You can try the Office 2010 suite.

Then if you think you want Excel, you can buy it by itself.

Try ebay. On occasion, there's individual programs from the MS Office suite offered.
