I'm trying to block a program on my LG Freeview-ready TV, but it's not working because - although I've set a password and everything - I can't get to the "Block Programme" feature. It isn't highlighted (so you can't go onto it). Even without owning this TV, can anyone imagine why this feature would be apparently disabled and how I could get it to show up?

P.S. There's no "disable feature" button or whatever. And this isn't in the manual.

Hey Beth!

There's a "lock" function on LG TV's. When it's off, you don't have the ability to modify Block Programme, Parental Guidance and Input Block.

So first, hit Menu on your remote. Then go down to "Lock" (the little padlock icon). Select On. Put your 4-digit password in (if you haven't done it yet, it's probably 7777 or 0000)

Once lock mode is on, then these features are enabled

Let me know if that helps!
