Hi guys,

I sent off a submission to a reputable Epublisher and its wk15 of the 12-16wk response time. When is the appropriate time to *nudge*?

Since you are on the cusp of 16 wks I'd say it's safe to nudge. Brief, professional.

I'd give it another week. After that, as PGaritas said, be brief and professional.
