Anybody have any experience with them? They're listed as "not recommended" on P&E, plus they are somehow connected to the Lee Shore Agency, which is a dicey agency. Any recent input would be helpful.
Sterling House and Lee Shore are steeped in villainy. When I explain scam agents and scam publishing operations, they're the example I use for "as bad as it can get."
