What I find really interesting is that they require a call rather than an instant submission email/form - they've got two pretty high profile clientele from what I can see, and minimal info on their website - like they want to keep it mysterious.

I called them about my last MS and got to the query stage (basically you pitch during the call and they just give you an email address and the go-ahead to the query stage). Then it was just like a regular query (got an R on it). I feel like having to call must cut out a lot of the chaff, so to speak, but on the other hand getting phone calls every day seems like it would be more effort than emails to me.
