Just as a FYI...
Over the past couple of months Writer Beware has gotten a flurry of complaints about digital publisher Cyber-Pulp. The main issue seems to be nonpayment of royalties (writers say they haven't been paid since 2003), but writers also cite various kinds of delays and unprofessional behavior, as well as encouragement to buy their own books for resale.
I've asked writers who have complaints to post here, so hopefully more detailed information will follow.
