Is there a way to save a PDF file that, when opened, it will automatically open to a specific page?

Good question. There's no way that I know of, but Adobe Reader can bookmark pages, so you can save your place while reading.

I think using Adobe Acrobat you may be able to specify the starting page (instead of first)... but it's been a while since I used it, so I can't say for sure.

But if you just save/print to a PDF file from your native programs, then the answer is no. It always displays the first page.
