You know, how they ask peeps their favorite color, as a righter you gotta have a Favorite Typefont, and it's gotta be available on MikeySoft Wonders.

There's one font I love so much I wrote a song dedicated to it:

Speaking of fun with fonts, did the AW homepage fonts change, or is it just me being AFD paranoid?

AW. A very nice place!
Times New Roman definitely :D

... same here. It's a very readable font, which is what matters most to me. Old typewritter font is pretty cool, too. Haven't found a place where I can download that from, though. Courier is supposed to look like it, I believe, but it really doesn't :-(

Cambria and Times New Roman for novel and essay writing, and Lucida Sans Unicode and Verdana for Internet reading. :]

I kinda hate Calibri. Only because it takes over everything.

Now HERE's a reason to pick a typefont:

University Looks to Save Big Bucks on Ink with Font Change
http://www.kyw1060.com/University-Looks-to-Save-Big-Bucks-on-Ink-with-Fon/6680903
Before, the default font for the university’s computers was Arial – one of the more common, sans serif fonts. But now, the school uses Century Gothic – a slightly smaller sans serif font that the university says uses 30 percent less printer ink than Arial. Ink isn’t cheap – it can run up to about $10,000 a gallon. In the photo above, both styles are written in 30-point font.
With that price, they must be talking about the retail price of inkjet ink. Here's a cost-saving suggestion: Laser printers.

... have noticed that too. Printing out things in Arial uses a lot of ink. It's almost the equivalent of printing out TNR in bold.

Times New Roman, 12 pt, non double spaced.

For embellishments and such, Little Lord Fontleroy is very pretty, and for a little grittier pretty, A Hundred Pounds of Fairy Cakes. I also like finding fonts online for visual projects.

But Times New Roman is a MUST. I can write, say, notes in Courier, but for manuscripts, there's only one font for me.

I like Georgia but when I'm printing I usually use Ecofont Vera Sans, since it uses 25 % less ink.

I'm going to move this to a more appropriate place, now that we are no long Fun with Fonts.
