Need a word

Sorry, my internet was being wonky and I didn't realize it posted this twice.

Hey guys, I'm having one of those can't think of a word for the life of me moments. I'm describing a hallway, and in my mind it's this very sterile, gray hallway. There's a certain word I want that gives the feeling of impersonal, or mechanical, but I can't remember the word and it's driving me crazy. And my thesaurus is being less than helpful at the moment.
