Just finished watching a preview of it on Comcast's On Demand.

Please don't pull a 180 and have the rest of the show suck. Please don't pull a 180 and have the rest of the show suck. Please don't pull a 180 and have the rest of the show suck. (It's on tonight at 8:00, but it's going to have to wait for the 11:00 rerun: A Night At The Opera with the Marx Brothers starts at 7:00, and that takes precedence over anything else.)

Oooh, I'd forgotten to set my DVR. Thanks for the reminder! I hope it's good and doesn't go the way of Hex.

You know, I was cycling through my Comcast on Demand and saw this pop up, THink I'll watch it today.

Ben Panced, be forewarned. If it sucks, I will track you down and give you an Atomic Wedgee for wasting my time.

That is all. I'll be back later to report.

Mel...

Bonus points to those who know what an Atomic Wedgee is :D

Okay Ben,

you are safe. Just saw it. Not bad. Definitely a lot of potential. Will stick around and give them a few more episodes to see what they do with it.

Having seen the first series, I can assure you it most definitely does not suck. Not even for a moment.

Though I'm still mourning the fact that they replaced two of the original cast members from the first pilot. Hmph.

I really enjoyed this one! Mitchell is incredible and I like the premise (unique). Just the right amount of humor blended in with the suspense/drama. Hopefully the rest of the season will live up to the pilot. :)

Saw the pilot when they FINALLY got a clue and put it on BBC America. It's a great premise and a great central cast. I kind of wish there was a bigger effects budget, but the fact that the show is so good without a lot of SFX says a lot for the writing.

It's still not sucking! There were a couple elements of the second episode (Tully, the kill video) that were delightfully disturbing, meaning I wasn't completely squicked out to look away. And I have a theory about Annie that I think is going to be answered in the next episode or so (SPOILER WARNING? I'm thinking Owen pushed her down the stairs, based on his behavior in the first episode and how Annie accidentally called Tully "Owen" when he grabbed her arm in the kitchen.) We'll see.

I watched the first two episodes and I think it's fantastic. The writing is good, and the acting is superb.

Interesting to compare it to True Blood, which I also like, but which is basically lightweight entertainment. Being Human is as much about relationships between people as it is a supernatural adventure series, and it rings very true.

One of the best supernatural themed shows I've seen in a long time.

This is pleasantly strange - it was buried on BBC3 over here. I didn't watch it personally but a lot of my friends loved it. I'll have to look out for the inevitable repeat :)

Saw the 2nd episode and I'm still loving itl!!! I hope it lasts for more than one season... :)

George is hilarious - I love how he talks... the behind the scenes show was interesting as they elaborated on his speech pattern, etc. Looks like next week's ep will focus on the ghost.

You know,

If I were smart, i'd stop watching this, then just buy the whole season.

This is why I hate watching stuff on a week by week basis. I hate waiting. Episode # 2 was pretty good.
